Accessibility – Located within close proximity to BWI Thurgood Marshall International Airport where there are literally dozens of hotels for any out-of-town guests, speakers, and vendors for trade shows to choose from. Conveniently located close to I95 between Baltimore & Washington DC. Directly off Route 108 and literally minutes to Routes 32, 29, and 70.

Layout – Small classrooms for breakout sessions, hospitality suites, or VIP Lounges. The main ballroom can hold up to 380 with conference seating or 270 for a seated dinner. This space can be made into several smaller rooms with acoustic folding walls. There is also an outdoor patio for those who just need a moment outside. The lobby has several seating areas that work well as a pre-function/registration space. The Gathering Place and its options of space will allow you to create a flow that will keep your event moving along, without bottlenecks, and your guests happy.

Amenities and ServicesThe Gathering Place is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, allowing any attendees with special needs to be accommodated. We offer adequate tables and chairs for all events. This facility offers Guest WIFI and AV access. There is a list of vetted, preferred vendors to help you, or your can contract with any outside, reputable and licensed business. More than adequate complimentary parking is available in a well-lit, safe environment.

Cost – You will be supplied with a clear understanding of what you will be getting, and what is expected (deposit fees, space rental options, etc.) so that you can explain all items to others and easily communicate the full value.

There is a preferred vendor list available of vetted professionals, or you can contract with any reputable, licensed business.

Tables and chairs are something you will not have to worry about renting. There is a warming kitchen for your caterer to stage and serve from, we are ADA compliant for any guests with special needs and offer plenty of complimentary parking.
