The versatility of The Gathering Place allows for a variety of events, with spaces that cater from 30 people to over 270 comfortably for a seated dinner. The modern, neutral ambiance can be turned into a luxurious oasis of class and elegance or a fun, trendy theme party – your imagination is the limit!
Wonderful acoustics in our ballroom with a beautiful stage and oversized dance floor allows your guests to enjoy the entertainment and party!
Location is always an important concern and The Gathering Place is convenient to Baltimore, Washington DC, I95, and Routes 29, 70, 32 & 108. We are easy to find and not hard to reach.

The Gathering Place has a knack for bringing to life the unique wedding dreams of the couples that choose to celebrate within our venue.
You will have access to our Wedding Parlor, a place where you and your attendants can relax as they prepare with you, to walk down the aisle; it is secluded and away from all your other guests.

The size of your guest list – You’ll want a venue that can accommodate all of your guests comfortably. The Gathering Place offers a grand ballroom for up to 270 people with a 25-foot high ceiling, a stage for your band or DJ, and a beautiful oversized dance floor. There is also a more intimate space where a group of 100 will be comfortable, and a space where up to 60 people will not feel lost.
The time of day or evening, and the type of event – Whether you are looking for an afternoon soiree or a black tie evening gala, The Gathering Place lends itself to both of those things and more.
The location of your venue – The Gathering Place is conveniently located to Routes 70, 29, and 108 as well as Interstate 95.

Where People Come Together To Enjoy Special Moments Of Life
The Gathering Place has 5 rooms that are designed to hold smaller groups of people for more intimate events and receptions. Marking a special birthday or anniversary with a fun get-together of close family and friends would be a perfect fit for these rooms. Wedding and baby showers, or brunch after a baptism, naming, or bris, is another option for these spaces.
These rooms are also ideal for classes of any type, from tutoring academic studies to MOPS groups (Mothers of Preschoolers) Girl Scout or Boy Scout meetings, and more. As a group or individually, they are available for long-term lease.
